Dear Ms. Dietz,

We received your OPRA Request on February  3, 2021 for “list of
open/closed permits and improvements for 5 Roosevelt Avenue.”  As such,
the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is February
16, 2021.  This response to your request is being provided to you on the
sixth (6th) day of the custodian’s receipt of said request.

The following records are being provided and are responsive to your
