In response to your OPRA Request, attached is the list of permits that are
on file in the construction department for 175 Ramblewood Parkway.

The deck application failed plan review due to the following items:
1) Please submit complete specifications for proposed deck.

  a. Footings size depth and location.

  b. Post size and location.

  c. Ledger board details including attachment at home and flashing
detail.

  d. Joist size spacing and spans.

  e. Beam size and spans.

  f. Type of decking material.

  g. All stair details, stringer size, spacing, bearing on grade,
attachment at deck.

  h. All railing and guard details.

  i. Show lateral ties at home.

The following permit is on our archive system:

1988: 100 amp service

This completes the OPRA Request for the construction department.
