I received your inquiry below and received your request again through our website. It appears that your first request came through on 10/31/22 through the Opramachine. Unfortunately, I was out sick with the flu that week and my staff does not have access to the OPRAmachine. Please for future requests, either go directly through our website or email us directly with your OPRA requests ([Brick Township request email]), as we have no affiliation with OPRAmachine.
Attached are the documents located from our Building Department, Planning Board and Board of Adjustment for 9 Brian Avenue. The employee that handles our code violation requests is off today and I will forward that response once received.
In addition, we do not hold Health Department records. Please contact the Ocean County Health Department directly.
