Good morning,
Please accept this email on behalf of Sussex County.
The County is in receipt of your OPRA request for 60 Sussex St. Newton,
however there are no documents responsive to your request.
Pusterhofer v. N.J. Dep’t of Educ., GRC Complaint No. 2005-49 (July
2005): The Council determined that no unlawful denial of access occurred
because the custodian certified that no responsive records existed and
there was no evidence in the record to refute her certification. See also
Pavlenko v. Twp. of Delran (Burlington), GRC Complaint No. 2010-325 (March
2012).
