Attached are all the permits I have for this property.

1.        All permits are closed (attached)

2.       We do not regulate wells and septics, you can contact the Ocean
County Health Dept.

3.       There are no records of Tanks but you can also check with the NJ
DEP

4.       There are NO elevation certificates for this property

5.       There are no letters of substantial damage on this property

6.       Attached is the survey

7.       Any health violations need to be addressed with the Ocean County
Health Dept
