Dear Jasmin:

In response to your OPRA request seeking certain records pertaining to the address listed in your request below; please be advised that the County of Gloucester has no records in its possession regarding fire, environmental health, well, septic, storage tanks, spills, hazardous materials, etc. In addition, DEP and Right to Know records can be obtained directly from the NJDEP. You can request the information through their website at https://www.nj.gov/dep/opra/.

The Gloucester County Planning Division has the following maps that can be viewed at the office and produced for a fee. They cannot be sent via email, as they are oversized copies. If you wish to obtain the records below, the cost per page is $0.40. Please contact the Planning Department at (856) 307-6651 and requested copies will be produced.

· Aerials – 1980, 1985, 1990, 1995
· 1962, 1971 & 1975 Aerials are Office View Only
· Wetlands
· Topographical Maps
· Land Use Maps 1970-1990

However, please understand that the term "Phase I" does not describe any specific documents, and therefore it is not possible for Gloucester County to identify every document you may be seeking in connection with that term. OPRA requires a party requesting access to a public record to specifically describe the document sought. Livecchia v. Borough of Mount Arlington, 421 N.J. Super. 24, (App. Div. 2011); Gannett New Jersey Partners vs. County of Middlesex, 379 N.J. Super. 205 (App. Div. 2005) It allows only requests for records, not requests for information, and does not require records custodians to conduct research among its records and correlate data from various government records in the custodian's possession. Bent v. Stafford Police Department, 381 N.J. Super. 30 (App. Div. 2005); MAG Entertainment, LLC v. Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, 375 N.J. Super. 534 (App. Div. 2005).

This concludes the County's response to your request.
