Good afternoon. I have been working on your OPRA for 1129 South Green St.
At this time we have no violations , no liens, no special assessments, no
open permits, and water and sewer is current until May 1, 2024. I have
attached previous permits for you to view. However, I do believe this
property has a raised home on it and I have not been able to locate those
permits yet. Permits from around that time have been archived, when I look
through the archives I cannot locate the permits for a house raise. I will
continue to keep looking but for now this is what I can supply you with.

Good afternoon,
To follow up, 1129 South Green St has not been raised. However they did
receive a letter of substantial damage. The home is required to meet
present flood elevation requirements.
