Dear New Brunswick City,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested (All requests for records dated/created 01/01/2003 to present unless specified otherwise below):
- All Certificates of Occupancy (CO) and/or other occupancy records issued for the property located at 166 JONES AVE, NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ, 08901, BLOCK 233 LOT 23.01.
- All Landlord Registration Statements filed for the above property pursuant to N.J.S.A. 46:8‑27 to ‑37.
- All registrations or inspection certificates filed with the City of New Brunswick for the above rental property.
- All housing code inspection reports, violation notices, and/or other related code records issued.
- All fire, smoke, CO, etc. safety records, certificates, reports, and any other related notices for the above property.
- Any official documents of any kind that include detailed floor plans for each private unit and public area in the above property.
- Any records of lead‑safe certifications or inspection results for the above property, from July 22, 2022 to the present.
