I have reviewed the construction files and there are no outstanding
permits or violations shown for this property.
A list of all construction permits issued is attached for your review.
Note, control # 94416 was a furnace application which was approved but the
applicant never proceeded with payment for permit.
In addition, prior to computers, the physical file contains the following

1987-8160 above pool and fence
