Dear Wood-Ridge Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Records from 2021
1) All abandoned/vacant residential properties (Property Class 2)
2) All residential properties with delinquent taxes
3) All residential properties for which a Lis Pendens notice has been filed or that are currently in probate
4) All properties that are absentee-owned
5) All properties with delinquent water and sewer which date back up to 1 year, including amounts owed
6) All properties currently listed with water shut-off notice
7) All properties with code violations, including the type of violation
8) All properties with notices of abatement

2) All residential properties with delinquent taxes - ATTACHED
3) All residential properties for which a Lis Pendens notice has been filed or that are currently in probate - NO RECORDS EXIST
4) All properties that are absentee-owned - WE DO NOT REQUIRE OWNERS TO FILE AND THEREFORE THESE RECORDS DO NOT EXIST
5) All properties with delinquent water and sewer which date back up to 1 year, including amounts owed - SEWER ATTACHED - CONTACT SUEZ WATER - THE BOROUGH DOES SERVICE WATER
6) All properties currently listed with water shut-off notice - CONTACT SUEZ WATER - THE BOROUGH DOES SERVICE WATER
7) All properties with code violations, including the type of violation - ATTACHED
8) All properties with notices of abatement - ATTACHED
