I request that such report minimally provide the identity of the vendor(s) and amount(s) paid each month in the requested period, and any invoice number or other unique identifying number that relates back to specific invoices for such payments.

2. Vendor payment report(s) denoting amounts paid for legal services between January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020 to any vendor/law firm in payment for advice concerning OPRA requests. I request that such report minimally provide the identity of the vendor(s) and amount(s) paid each month in the requested period, and any invoice number or other unique identifying number that relates back to specific invoices for such payments.
3. Vendor payment report(s) denoting amounts paid for legal services between January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021 to any vendor/law firm in payment for advice concerning OPRA requests. I request that such report minimally provide the identity of the vendor(s) and amount(s) paid each month in the requested period, and any invoice number or other unique identifying number that relates back to specific invoices for such payments.
4. Vendor payment report(s) denoting amounts paid for legal services between January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022 to any vendor/law firm in payment for advice concerning OPRA requests. I request that such report minimally provide the identity of the vendor(s) and amount(s) paid each month in the requested period, and any invoice number or other unique identifying number that relates back to specific invoices for such payments.
5. Vendor payment report(s) denoting amounts paid for legal services between January 1, 2023 through present to any vendor/law firm in payment for advice concerning OPRA requests. I request that such report minimally provide the identity of the vendor(s) and amount(s) paid each month in the requested period, and any invoice number or other unique identifying number that relates back to specific invoices for such payments.

If you withhold any communications or documents on the basis of an exemption under OPRA or other legal privilege, I request that you provide a log describing the specific information withheld, and including the date the record was created/sent, any recipients, the exemption/privilege asserted, and the basis for any redactions or documents withheld.

To the extent the County maintains information responsive to these Requests in an electronic database such as Edmunds, or other software/service procured for vendor/billing management, I request that records responsive to these Request be provided as exported natives in Excel format with a notation or file nomenclature sufficient to allow the requester to note when the exported data was pulled from such database.

All responsive documents produced in response to this request should be electronically delivered by responsive email.
