Dear Highland Park Borough,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

2. Documents regarding any variance pending, granted, or denied for the property.
3. Complaints filed by municipality & other citations for code or other violations.
4. Any pending or finalized assessments for the property.
5. Tax assessors reports or memos regarding the property.
6. Any deed, easement, or other restriction of record for the property.
7. Inspections for environmental issues, water wells, sanitary disposal systems & underground fuel tanks.
8. The current certificate of occupancy for the property.
9. Any document indicating if the property is in a flood zone.
10. A list of off-site conditions that may affect the property value that is maintained by the municipality pursuant to the New 23 Residential Construction Off-Site Conditions Disclosure Act.
11. Current ordinances passed by the municipality pursuant to the New Jersey Air Safety & Zoning Act if the municipality is in an air safety zone
