Dear Nici Ten Hoeve,

Please note the following comment made by Trina Lindsey on 05/14/2024:

Building - Note that there is a discrepancy on the tank
abandonment/removal permit 1998-0002.  The permit paperwork says it was
abandonment and the certificate says removal.  In either case it was not a
leaker and no report to DEP.
The Health Dept. does not have any septic records on file for 785 Route
34, Colts Neck (Block 9 Lot 17).  Well records have been attached.
Please be aware, the attached documents  contain minor redactions to
personal identifying information such as unlisted phone numbers which are
considered private information not eligible for release under OPRA. See
N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1. See also Burnett v. Cnty. of Bergen, 198 N.J. 408
(2009)(holding that “[a] public agency has a responsibility and an
obligation to safeguard from public access a citizen`s personal
information with which it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would
violate the citizen`s reasonable expectation of privacy.”).
