With regards to your Public Records request. Septic and Well Permits and Inspections(Health Department Inspections and violations) are done by Ocean County Board of Health and need to be requested directly from them: www.ochd.org
Please keep in mind while OPRA Machine may be a useful tool for requestors the manner in which the requests are emailed are sometimes blocked by the Townships email server due to the links within the email.
