Attached please find response to your OPRA request of 1/11/24 with regard
to the above address.
I have reviewed the construction files and there are no outstanding
permits shown for this property.
A list of all construction permits issued is attached for your review.
Prior to computers, the physical file contains the original dwelling
permit 1979-5159.
In addition, attached is a copy of a survey you requested. The survey was
part of Zoning permit Z19-0623. It was the only survey found in the
Construction files. Please note, Construction does not require surveys.

survey questions. They are copied on this OPRA response.
NOTE: When printing please be sure to use 100 % of size and proper size
paper to allow for proper scaling. Reduction of size changes scale.
Original was 11 x 17 .
Permit 2004-1964 is closed and indicates the tank was pulled.
Unfortunately, the file does not contain a hardcopy of the NFA letter. The
contractor of record was LEW Corporation, 1090 Bristol Road, Mountainside
NJ 07092. Please contact them with questions @ 908-654-8068.
