The Borough does not have any prior or current record of an approved rental property at this location and ordinance does not permit accessory apartment units unless they are in accordance with 22-6.9, specifically, in coordination with Council on Affordable Housing ("COAH") and Uniform Housing Affordability Controls ("UHAC") regulations at the time of initial occupancy of the unit.
