The City's Office of Construction Officials Code and Engineering Traffic &
Transaction has reviewed their files and has located responsive records to
your request. Please log in to the Jersey City OPRA Center at the
following link to retrieve the appropriate responsive documents. Also
please note that Office of Fire Prevention, Health, Housing Code and
Zoning has reviewed their files, but could not locate any records for this
request.

The Clerk's Office needs additional two weeks as we are waiting for the
response from the DPW Sanitation & Environment dept. We will notify you,
once we receive response from them.

Please be advised redactions were made under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 which
states, "a public agency has a responsibility and an obligation to
