Dear Lumberton Township,

I would like to request the OPRA for 15 Queens Street in Lumberton. The owners are thinking about selling the property and I would like to know the zoning of the property. The owners say that it is mixed use while public records says commercial. I know that it is located in the historic district.

When I spoke with the Zoning Office they said that the property has a use variance but did not give me information on the variance. They said to obtain the OPRA.
