Dear Little Egg Harbor Township,

This request is submitted as a follow‑up and clarification to my prior OPRA request regarding the property located at 31 Daddy Tucker Blvd, Tuckerton, NJ. Ref # 88984

Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), I am specifically requesting copies of all technical subcode records associated with any construction permits issued for this property, including but not limited to:
- Building Subcode Technical Section (UCC‑F110)
- Electrical Subcode Technical Section (UCC‑F120)
- Plumbing Subcode Technical Section (UCC‑F130)
- Mechanical Inspection Technical Section (UCC‑F145)
-Permit update (UCC-F-190)
- Fire Protection Subcode Technical Section (UCC‑F140)

This request includes all inspection sign‑offs, approvals, and related documentation maintained by the Construction Department, whether in active, archived, or pre‑digital records.
If no technical subcode cards are located for this property, please provide written confirmation that no such records exist in Township files.
