Afternoon, 

I have been trying to reach out to housing since noon and now they have the office closed and the emergency voicemail on. Can I please have the housing hours and days when we can reach an individual in the office? Sometimes it's NOT a maintenance emergency just an emergency of needed one of the many office staff that are here for housing questions or issues. There is not enough maintenance so I rely on the office when I can during work hours.
