I would like to request a few updates:

  1. The washing machine on the first floor of 12 Chestnut has been out of order for over a month. Could you please provide the estimated time for repairs or replacement?
  2. Has the police department been contacted to include Weaver Street in their rotation?
  3. We were given an ETA of September for the tenant booklet. Will this be completed before the family meeting?
  4. Could you please let me know your estimated response times for emails?
