The Board is in receipt of your Open Public Records Act ("OPRA") request.
Your request requires additional time to respond due to the need to review
potentially responsive records for confidential information and due to the
significant demands placed on the District with regard to the
exceptionally large number of OPRA requests the Board has received. OPRA
allows custodians to seek extensions of time pursuant to N.J.S.A.
47:1A-5(i). Specifically, OPRA states that “the requestor shall be advised
by the custodian when the record can be made available. If the record is
not made available by that time, access shall be deemed denied.”
Accordingly, your request requires an extension of time until February 20,
2024

I am writing to request an internal review of Monroe Township School District (Middlesex)'s handling of my OPRA request 'OPRA - Copy of All Chrissy Skurbe Ethics Complaints/Violations'.
The ethics commission found probable cause of ethics violations in two cases against Ms. Chrissy Skurbe. Probable cause notices are released publicly when those decisions are reached by the commission. As a result, you are required to release this information. Please release the probable cause notices that were made public by the ethics commission.
