The subject or body contains any of:

Additionally: please produce all emails sent by Anthony Cirz (from any @berkeleytwp.com address or other address he used) to any Lacey Township email address during May 20, 2025 through June 5, 2025, with all attachments, regardless of subject or recipients. This includes any messages he sent that were later forwarded within Lacey; please include the entire thread and all attachments for those as well.

Shared-services / authorization records
Any resolutions, agreements, memoranda, delegations, or authorizations under which Lacey Township performed conflict inspections or TCO/CO sign-offs for Berkeley Township, together with the associated agenda/minutes and recorded vote, and any billing/invoices tied to that arrangement.

Records of Lacey’s involvement on Sander Way (Berkeley)
Any transmittals, routing emails, checklists, or internal memos in the BA/Mayor/Clerk/Attorney/Construction offices reflecting Lacey’s review or sign-off on TCO/CO or conflict inspections for Sander Way properties (including 11 Sander Way and 15 Sander Way).

Redactions: If any portion is withheld, please produce the non-exempt portions with narrowly tailored redactions and cite the specific OPRA exemption relied upon.
