Dear Hanover Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Kindly email the below records under OPRA:

1.) COVID health data reports and memos from January 2021 through current submitted by Hanover Township Heath Department (Kathy Whitehead and/or Carlos Perez) to Hanover Twp. School Board and/or Superintendents Office (Michael Wasko and/or Board of Education Members). To further clarify, data should include all reported number of cases, close contact trancing and all COVID data collected and submitted from/ to the Hanover township health department and Hanover township school board office) which is on file in the Hanover Township Health Department.

2.) Hanover township health department COVID reports re: Hanover resident COVID data, submitted to NJ Department of Health from September 2020 through present.

3.) Emails from January 2021 through current, with subject and/or term in emails including: COVID; quarantine; close contact tracing; vaccines to/from the following:
a.) Carlos Perez to/from Michael Wasko
b.) Carlos Perez to/from all Hanover Township Board of Education Members
c.) Kathy Whitehead to/from Michael Wasko
d.) Kathy Whitehead to/from all Hanover Township Board of Education Members

Good Afternoon,

I am in receipt of your January 31, 2022 OPRA request. Due to the expansiveness of your request, the Township requires additional time to complete the request. The Township anticipates completing your request by the close of business Wednesday, February 16, 2022, refer to Scheeler v. N.J. Dept of Educ., GRC Complaint No. 2014-123 (February, 2016) (validating extension of time under N.J.S.A 47:1a-5(g), and N.J.S.A 47:1A-5(i).
