This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) We would like a list of all properties with tax liens on them.
2) we would like a list of all municipal held liens
3) we would like a list of all tax lien investors
4) and also we would like to know if the city assigns there municipal held liens.
5)we would like a list of all vacant and abandoned properties as well
If you can provide these in excel spread sheet that would help as well
and please make sure these are all separate list

On the provided Excel spreadsheet, any lien that has an “m” under the
“held by” column is a municipal lien.
Regarding part #4 of your request, the Township of Pennsauken has no
records. However, the Township does assign their own liens.

(Daniel’s Law P.L.2020, c.125).
Please be advised that telephone numbers & EIN numbers have been redacted
due to privacy concerns. In Merino v. Ho-Ho-Kus, GRC Complaint 2003-121
(Feb. 18, 2004), the Council addressed the citizen’s reasonable
expectation of privacy pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 and found that the New
Jersey Supreme Court, Appellate Division held that the GRC must enforce
OPRA's declaration, in N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1, that "a public agency has a
responsibility and an obligation to safeguard from public access a
citizen's personal information with which it has been entrusted when
disclosure thereof would violate the citizen's reasonable expectation of
privacy." Serrano v. South Brunswick Twp., 358 N.J. Super. 352, 368-69
(App. Div. 2003). See also National Archives and Records Administration
v. Favish, 541 U.S. 157, 124 S.Ct. 1570 (U.S. March 30, 2004) (personal
privacy interests are protected under FOIA).
A response to the remainder of your OPRA request is due on or before July
18.
