Dear Jersey City OPRA Center,
1) The 2024 payroll information should be readily available and right out of your payroll software, this should match the salaries and wage of the fire department in your 2024 actual expenditures.
2) The 2024-2025 budget information should be a report out of your Finance Software. It could be called budget transactions detail.
3) The Capital Budget Detail for Fire Department Equipment or Vehicles should be a report out of your finance software. This would the budget transactions detail for 2024 and 2025 YTD.
This is a very easy request, talk to your finance department and finance officer.
