No worries! When you use OPRA Machine it automatically generates an email for you. That is the one we have to use as we do not see your email address that you signed up with in the OPRA Machine system. The Middletown Next Request account now has your [email address] as the username. If you do the forgot password to change your password now you will be able to login.
