In response to your OPRA Request received February 17, 2022, we
have attached hereto the documents you requested.
The following redactions have been made, to the attached
documents, pursuant N.J.S.A. 47:1A et seq. Specifically No. 1 -
Privacy Interest - "a public agency has a responsibility and an
obligation to safeguard from public access a citizen's personal
information with which it has been entrusted when disclosure
thereof would violate the citizen's reasonable expectation of
privacy." And No. 19 - Personal Identifying Information:

We have also determined that your request is for documents that
are considered exempt as noted below. Pursuant to the Domestic
Violence Act, N.J.S.A. 2C:25-33, all domestic violence records are
"confidential and shall not be made available to any individual or
institution except as otherwise provided by law." The Government
Records Council (GRC), affirmed that this principle applies to the
rightful denial of OPRA requests in Butala v. Township of
Aberdeen, GRC Complaint No.: 2014-194.
By way of this e-mail, which includes the documents responsive to
your request, we have marked your OPRA request received February
17, 2022, as satisfied and closed.
A copy of the Denial Poster with instructions to applicants who
wish to appeal any denial or part thereof is attached hereto. You
have the right to appeal the decision that the document or
