Rise Against Hate

Dear Anthony Farfalla,

Police officers file records in their official duties called: (A) Complaint-Summons (CDR-1), we are seeking them from January 1, 2022 to January 31, 2022.

Yours sincerely,

Rise Against Hate

Kellie Mcguire,

Good afternoon,

This is in response to your OPRA and Common Law request for Complaint Summonses written from January 1 - January 31, 2022. Chatham Borough Police Department wrote one complaint summons in the time frame you requested but that record is denied to you under N.J.S.A 2C:25-33. If you wish to pursue this record under common law, you must justify the reason it will be beneficial for you to have that record over the protection of the victim so that we may perform a balancing test for that record.

I consider this request closed and complete at this time. Please contact me directly for police records.

Kind Regards,

Kellie A. McGuire
