Good afternoon,
Since sending my original response (below) it has come to my attention there was a relevant court decision in June of 2021 that local law enforcement agencies had to produce CDR-1s for their jurisdictions. Unfortunately, at the time of your request the police records custodian was out of the office and we consulted the court for the records. Upon learning of this court decision, I reached out to the police records custodian for all CDR-1s for Cape May Point in January 2022. Attached you will find those records.
