OPRA Abandoned/VACANT/Probate- ocean
Dear Pine Beach Borough,
I appreciate your consideration of the following matter. Under OPRA and the Common Law Right of Access, I am requesting a current list of records for each of the following be delivered via e-mail:
1) All abandoned/vacant residential properties (Property Class 2)
2) All condemned properties
3) All residential properties with delinquent taxes
4) All residential properties for which a Lis Pendens notice has been filed or that are currently in probate
5) All properties that are absentee-owned
6) All properties with delinquent water and sewer which date back up to 1 year, including amounts owed
7) All properties currently listed with water shut-off notice
8) All properties with code violations, including the type of violation
9) All properties with notices of abatement

I received your request for information regarding Pine Beach homes. Please be advised since so many of the items are only available from part time employees I am asking for a 7 day extension. I can provide you with the information that I, as the Municipal clerk, have:
#1, There is not a list of abandoned/vacant residential properties
#2, there is not a list of condemned properties
#3, The Tax Collector works one day a week and needs an extension of time
#4, I will forward to the Tax Assessor and Tax Collector, needs an extension of time
#5, I will forward to tax collector, needs an extension of time
#6, I will forward to the part time utility clerk, needs an extension of time
#7, The Borough owned water system does not shut off utilities, they are subject to tax sale
#8, Zoning violations, I will forward to the part time zoning officer and need an extension of time
#9, I am not sure what this is so will give to the tax assessor and zoning officer and need an extension of time.
