Hi Carol. 

None of that would come from my office. The Lis Pendens wouldn't be a municipal record either. They are filed with the County Clerk. 

Also, not sure what notice of abatement is? We do not have an abatement program anyways. As far as I know anyhow. Hoping we can find the old ordinance to confirm. 
Not sure if absentee ownership is a record kept by anyone...I do not have anything for that item either.
