RESPONSE:
Due to recent power outages in our area and staff availability the
response to your request was unable to be provided by August 5,
2020. Please note the following response as follows:

REQUEST:
1) All abandoned/vacant residential properties (Property Class 2)
RESPONSE: The Borough does not maintain this type of record.

REQUEST:
2) All condemned properties

RESPONSE: This portion of your request is overly broad as it does
not identifiy date(s) or period of time, currently, historically,
block or lot but asks for "all" which is not a valid OPRA request.
OPRA is not intended as a research tool to force government
officials to identify and siphon useful information and cannot be
satisified by simply requesting "ALL" of an agency's records.
Rather, OPRA simply operates to make identifiable government
records ‘readily accessible for inspection, copying, or
examination.’ N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.” (emphasis added).. See "MAG
Entm’t, LLC v. Div. of Alcohol Beverage Control, 375 N.J. Super.
534 (App. Div. 2005)".

The Requestor is encouraged to submit a new request that
identifies the specific documents being sought so that the
Custodian may provide access to that document(s).

REQUEST:
3) All residential properties with delinquent taxes

RESPONSE: Records located responsive to this portion of your
request are attached.

REQUEST:
