Dear Manasquan Borough,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

Jillian - As stated in a previous email regarding a separate OPRA
request through Opramachine you need to login with your OPRAmachine email
account as that is how it was put into our system.
If you would like your OPRA response be sent to a different email address
you should use our OPRA program NextRequest

Jillian. I am not sure how OPRAmachine works. When you send an email
through their system we copy all the information and paste it into our
system including the email address.
As previously stated if you wish to avoid having these issues you can make
your OPRA request by sending me an email (which would then be copied and
pasted into our system) or using NextRequest on our website with your
wardwight email address. I would think that doing it this way would avoid
any issues with different email accounts.
As a courtesy I have attached the documents you requested and were
provided at the email address given through OPRAmachine on December 4,
