Dear Logan Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

January 20 2024, Officers responded to the DREAM Park on Rt. 130 for a disabled vehicle. As Officers investigated the disabled vehicle, it was determined the driver was under the influence. In plain view in the vehicle was also CDS. As a result, Officers arrested and charged the 51-year-old Magnolia, De. man with Driving Under the Influence and Possession of CDS. Please provide the arresting officers' body cam video footage.
