Dear Point Pleasant Borough,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

Ladies:

 

Per the request, attached please find 5 permit cards as well as a
print-out from my computer system which reflect all permits of record for
the above-referenced property, all of which have closed satisfactorily. 
There are no open permits.  Additionally. I have checked and there are no
open violations from the Building Department for this property.

Good Afternoon,

 

The zoning and code enforcement office is in receipt of your request for
records.  I have reviewed the files and find no violations for this
property.  We do not have a survey on file.  We also do not have any
permits for the shed in the rear or any paver patio or walkways.
