The City of Lambertville received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on August 2, 2024.  The official Records Custodian, Cynthia Ege
received your OPRA request on August 13, 2024.  As such, the seven (7)
business day deadline to respond to your request is August 13, 2024.  This
response to your request is being provided to you on the same business day
the custodian’s receipt of said request.

At about 9:21 a.m. June 21, Shaun Begg-Klein of Lambertville, was arrested
on Bridge Street by Patrolman Lugo of Lambertville PD. Please provide
Patrolman Lugo's body cam video of the incident.

Please note that the suspect, Shaun Begg-Klein, fled the scene upon Police
arrival. The car camera is being provided.

These records are being transmitted to you via email as per your request. 
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b., the cost associated with this request is
$00.00.

If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
right to challenge the decision by the City of Lambertville to deny
