The following records are being provided in their entirety and are the
ONLY documents in the Township’s possession responsive to your request:

1.       From the Township’s Police Department:  There is 1 CD ready for
pick up, the cost associated with that portion of the request is $1.00  . 

There is no fee for mailing so please only send a check or money order for
$1.00.

Please mail or bring in your check or money order made payable to the
Township of Bloomfield to the Municipal Clerk’s Office [1]1 Municipal
Plaza, Room 214, Bloomfield, New Jersey, 07003 and once payment is
received the CD will be mailed to you or you can pick it up.  Please also
include the mailing address the Clerk’s Office can send the documents to
once payment is received.

These records are being transmitted to you via email, as per your
request.  If your request for access to a government record has been
denied or unfulfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law,
you have a right to challenge the decision by the Township of Bloomfield
to deny access.  At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in
the Superior Court of New Jersey, or file a complaint with the Government
Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.

The GRC can also answer other questions about the law.  All questions
