Good afternoon
We are in receipt of 14 OPRA request from the emails attached in a bulk
request. We are not aware if you are one person or three. OPRA requires
that each individual request be answered in 7 business days.
Unfortunately, you have all sent your OPRA request in one bulk request and
these can not be done in 7 business days. It takes hours to review each
and every incident, some of which have several officers on scene not
counting the time it takes to redact the videos if needed. We have placed
your request with the many others we receive on a daily basis with a new
due date to you of 10/16/2024. If in the future you wish to make request,
we ask that you refrain from sending them in bulk. We have spoken to the
many other requestors who have done the same and they have all cooperated
and have had their request filled in a timely manner. If we are able to
catch up and complete them earlier, we will send them. As of now there are
others ahead of your request.
Thank you

Kevin James,
Per, the Hoboken Police Department, they are still currently on hold awaiting response from the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office about approving BWC request. We have asked for additional time to respond for the request and the new due date is (10/16/24). The City Clerk's office will send a response as soon as we receive one.
Please accept my apology for the first e-mail that stated the "BWC Provided". The response was for a different request. T.Y.
