This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

All police reports from 2012 to 2014 involving Middlesex County Correction and Middlesex County Sheriff Officers.
Including if firearms were involved and if they were taken for safe keeping by the Proscutor Office.
