Dear Point Pleasant Borough,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Please provide all building and zoning department records for 2230 Bridge Ave Unit 8 including (a) a record of all permits affecting the property whether open or closed, (b) violations if any, and (c) surveys if any.

Ladies:

 

Per the request, attached please find 7 permit cards pertaining to 3
separate permits for the above-referenced property, all of which have
closed satisfactorily.   The requestor will note these pertain to the new
construction of all the units as well as a new roof and repairing the main
staircase.  We do not find any individual permits for unit 8 for any work,
including any replacement of a hot water heater, air conditioning, etc. 
Additionally, I do not find any open violations for this particular unit.
