Ladies:

Attached please find 3 permit cards which reflect the permits of record
which have closed satisfactorily.  There is one open permit from 2014 for
a gas boiler and air conditioning replacement for which inspections
(electric/fire/plumbing) were never requested.  The homeowner needs to
schedule and pass these final inspections in order for the permit to be
closed.  I have notified A.J. Perri that this permit is still open so they
may reach out to the homeowner.  Alternatively, the homeowner can contact
us to schedule these.
