Please see the attached response that have been located related to your request filed under the auspices of the NJ Open Public Records Act (OPRA), NJSA 47:1-A-1 et seq. Please note, the Borough of Little Silver does not have an oversized document scanner/printer. I took a photograph of the survey requested in the file and attached same to this correspondence labeled as FYI. If you would like a hard copy of this survey, I need to send it out for reproduction and there is a cost associated. It is typically upwards of $7.00-$8.00 per copy and I will need your approval before I send it out for copying. Let me know.
If not and there are no questions, I will consider this request fulfilled and closed and there is no charge.
