If you are seeking mortgage foreclosure proceeds, overages or surplus, please be advised that these funds are immediately disbursed to plaintiff’s counsel and the surplus funds are immediately disbursed to the Trust Fund Account of the Superior Court. Their office is also in charge of disbursing these funds to the appropriate parties. I have attached the Superior Court’s records request form hereto.
