Dear New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

This includes both internal and public complaints or tips, whether anonymous or named.
2. Investigative Records:
a. Records of any investigations opened by OPIA or referred to OPIA that involve the above entities or individuals.
- This includes case summaries, reports, findings, and outcomes (e.g., referred to prosecution, closed without action, referred to other agencies).
3. Correspondence:
a. All correspondence between OPIA and the Port Authority or PATH (including legal, compliance, or ethics officers) from January 1, 2015 to present.
- Include emails, letters, or memos regarding potential misconduct, ethics concerns, or criminal allegations.
4. Final Disciplinary or Legal Actions:
a.Records of any final disciplinary, legal, or administrative actions taken as a result of any investigations involving PATH or the Port Authority, or their employees or contractors.
5. Case Log or Index:

Please provide these records in electronic format if possible. If portions of the documents must be redacted, please provide the non-exempt portions and cite the specific legal justification for any redaction or denial.
My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.
Yours faithfully,
