Opened and Closed Building/Construction Department Permits

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Please provide copies of all open and closed building/construction department permits for property located at 133 Sapphire Lane, specifically noting any permits that are open.

Please be advised that as of November 1, 2022, Somerset County is
utilizing JustFOIA for the management of OPRA requests.
All OPRA requests must be entered through the system at: [1]Somerset
County, NJ Records Requests - Track request (justfoia.com) OPRA requests
are no longer accepted via email.
However, in an effort to save the requestor’s time, please note that
Somerset County does not maintain a Building Code Department.
Certificates of Occupancy, as well as permitting for building, zoning,
fire, electrical, plumbing, and any code enforcement for such permits is
handled by each municipality. Therefore, the County cannot supply you
with any of these records. Please direct your inquiry to the municipality
for code enforcement and building issues.
