Opened and Closed Building/Construction Department Permits

Please provide copies of all open and closed building/construction department permits for property located at 247 Greenbrook Avenue, specifically noting any permits that are open.

In response to your OPRA request, 247 Greenbrook Avenue (Road) is not an
address in Green Brook. In the event that this was a typo and you were
referring to 274 Greenbrook Road, please see the attached for 274 Greenbrook
Road. On the building permit list, the “C” under status means the permit is
closed, any without a “C” (blank) are open, and “A” means abandoned (all are
closed). Unfortunately we do not have any further details on the oil tank
permit (i.e. removal, abandoning, installation) due to many records being
lost when our old building flooded in 1999. Feel free to contact me if you
