Certificates of Occupancy, as well as permitting for building, zoning, fire, electrical, plumbing, and any code enforcement for such permits is handled by each municipality. Therefore, the County cannot supply you with any of these records. Please direct your inquiry to the municipality for code enforcement and building issues.
