Dear Bergenfield Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Open and closed permits issues for the property located at 117 Lake St, Bergenfield, NJ 07621

Additionally, if any record exists of the town approving reclassification of the home from 2 bedroom to 4 bedroom, that would be helpful as well.

Good morning,

 

We received your OPRA Request on June 7, 2024 for “Open and closed permits
issued for the property located at 117 Lake St., Bergenfield, NJ 07621.
Additionally, if any record exists of the town approving reclassification
of the home from 2 bedroom to 4 bedroom.”  As such, the seven (7) business
day deadline to respond to your request is June 18, 2024.  This response
to your request is being provided to you on the third (3rd) day of the 
custodian’s receipt of said request.

this request as the documents are being transmitted to you electronically.

 

If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
