Dear Hamilton Township (Mercer),

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

Please provide for review all environmental documents on file for 1365 Lamberton Road; Block: 2506; Lots: 6,8,22,24‐27 dated between 3/16/2022 to 11/2/2022. Specifically: community right‐to‐know surveys; hazardous materials inventories; environmental site inspections; remedial investigations; code enforcement violations; ALL ENGINEERING AND BUILDING DEPARTMENT FILES INCLUDING PLANS; records of underground or aboveground storage tanks; groundwater monitoring wells or potable wells; hazardous waste disposal permits; air or water discharge permits; records of FIRES; deed notice or deed restriction documentation; engineering control documentation; and records of hazardous material, oil, or chemical spills or releases. Please also include tax assessment and ownership history in your search.
